Are you in compliance with your Basic Health & Safety Requirement - Training?

The Occupational Health & Safety Act (OHSA) requires employers to provide mandatory workplace health and safety awareness training for all employees and supervisors. The training must meet defined criteria in the OHSA and records of completion must be maintained. For employees the training is required to be completed as soon as practicable and for new supervisors the training must be provided within one week of performing work as a supervisor. Whether you have your workers complete this online or provide this in class is up to you but at NavCT we believe this training is most effective when provided face to face with in-person training.
